• Ty Blaidd is a non-smoking house. Smokers please smoke outside using the ashtray provided.
• We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets apart from assistance dogs.
• Check in time is from 4pm. Please let us know approximately what time you intend to arrive. Check out time is 10.30am
• We have new carpets and request no shoes upstairs, so please bring your slippers or feel free to borrow a pair when you arrive.
• Free storage of mountain bikes, motor bikes and kayaks is available in a secure garage.
• Mobile phone reception is limited within the house but can be accessed in areas of the garden.
• Languages spoken at Ty Blaidd are English and Dutch.
• Both rooms are on the first floor reached by a hand railed staircase. Handles are affixed to the bathroom wall above both baths to aid ease of movement. 
• We regret we have no credit card facilities at Ty Blaidd and payment is required in the form of a deposit and preferably cash or cheque on departure.
• We are happy to collect and return guests from and to the train or bus station in Betws-y-coed or from the bus stop in the village centre. (1/2 a mile from Ty Blaidd.)
• We regret that we can not accommodate children under 8 years of age.
• Minimum two nights and three nights over Bank Holiday weekends.
